Ai Reshot Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Ai Reshot, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. The Service

Ai Reshot is a photo review and repair tool. Depending on the app version, it may let you:

• Select a photo from the system picker or capture a new one with the camera.
• Request AI-assisted analysis and repair suggestions.
• Provide a reference photo or marked repair area to guide an edit.
• Review before-and-after results and save a repaired copy to your photo library.
• Keep local task and project history inside the app.

Features may change over time, and some features may be limited by device capability, region, service availability, moderation, or your app version.

3. Your Content and Permissions

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you submit, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

• You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, edit, and save the content you submit.
• If other people appear in a photo, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required by law.
• You grant us a limited right to process your submitted content solely to provide, secure, and support the requested repair service.
• You are responsible for keeping a backup of important originals. The app is designed to help preserve photos, not to replace your own archival practices.

4. AI-Specific Terms

• AI output may be incomplete, inconsistent, or different from what you expected.
• Repair results may change details in ways that require human review, especially in faces, lighting, texture, or damaged areas.
• You should not rely on Ai Reshot for identity verification, legal evidence, medical interpretation, emergency decisions, or similar high-risk uses.
• You are responsible for reviewing whether a repaired image is appropriate to save, share, or use publicly.

5. Premium Features and Billing

Some versions of Ai Reshot may offer optional premium access, subscriptions, discounts, or usage-based credits. If these options are offered in your version of the app, the app should show the relevant price or usage impact before confirmation.

• Purchases processed through an app store are also subject to that app store's billing terms.
• Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management may depend on the store through which you purchased.
• We do not ask you to send card numbers through this website for app purchases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Abuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass rate limits or security controls.
• Create deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content through the service.

• Device performance, network conditions, and third-party service availability can affect results.
• You are responsible for reviewing repaired images before relying on them.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Ai Reshot in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or GBP 100.

9. Governing Law

Unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Contact and Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may revise the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the app or on the website.
